Updated Nov 30, 2025GENERALBy commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service.If the client did not read the terms of service, I will not be held responsible for any missed informationI hold the right to deny a request for any reason and am not obligated to disclose why.Can and Can NotCan - Humans, Furry and FanartCan Not - Mechs, Certain fetishes and Over complicated designs (If you are unsure I will let you know if I Can or Can't)PAYMENTS- Payments are made through paypal or zelle.-Half of payment is required before starting commission as a non refundable down payment.-After sketch of commission is sent and approved rest of full payment will need to be made (unless discussed otherwise i.e payment plan)-For commissions over $100 payment plans can be discussed before the commission process begins.REVISIONS-You only get two (2) minor changes for free during the sketching phase only!- Minor revisions = additional items, expression changes, and things that do not affect the composition or the general idea.- Major revisions = new pose, new background, different overall outfit, anything that affects the composition of the picture and/or requires a change of more than 30% of the picture will come with a cost. (cost of changes will be given a non negotiable price before proceeding with changes)- Any revisions after sketch phase = Any revisions minor or major after the sketch has been sent and approved will cost a charge. (cost of changes will be given a non negotiable price before proceeding with changes)DEADLINES AND DELIVERY- Finished commissions will be completed within 2 month ( 3 months if commission includes background ). If I'm unable to deliver on time, I will inform you so you can decide between getting a refund or waiting for an additional amount of time.- Asking for revisions will cause the delivery of finished image to be delayed. Which will be discussed when revisions are asked for. This will additionally extend the deadline for when the finished product will be considered late.- I keep communication open via direct messages through whichever platform you ordered your commission through- Client will receive one (1) Work in Progress image during the sketch phase to be approved, after revisions are made and after the flat colors are finished to show evidence of progress.TIMELINE OF DRAWING PROCESS- Sketching Phase = The first part of my drawing process during this phase you can ask for two (2) minor revisions. (Larger commissions = involving two (2) or more characters, Full body poses or total cost of commission is $100+ will be given a few sketch options with different poses and compositions to choose from).- Lineart phase = This phase refines the lines and ends the phase that will allow for revisions without additional costs.- Flat Color phase = This phase is when I add in the flat colors of the illustration. The client will receive a follow up Work in Progress image to show progress- Finishing Phase = This is when I will add in lighting and shading.USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS- DO NOT claim, edit, or reproduce my artworks and/or use them for NFT or AI training.- I have the right to use the finished commissions as a part of my portfolio. Clients still own the copyright of the characters (in case they are OCs) The commissioned artworks will not be sold as prints.- I can publish my finished artwork without any restrictions. If you don't want your commissioned piece to be published or the publishing to be postponed later, please negotiate with me during the ordering of your commission. (Owner of Original characters will be credited in posts)DO NOT take credit for my work or remove my watermark in any case.REFUNDSRefunds and cancellations are accepted as long as it is reasonable timing and have been discussed with the artist, HOWEVER, there will be a penalty as listed below:- If the client cancels the commission when I have finished the line art phase:
Clients will be refunded 25% of their payment.- If the client cancels the commission when I have started coloring:
Clients will not be refunded- If I (the artist) cancel the commission, the client will be fully refunded.- If I (the artist) fails to deliver finished commission two ( 2 ) month or three ( 3 ) months for larger illustration:
Client can request full refund after discussion with artist.COMMUNICATION- I will reply to your direct message within 48hrs of receiving message.NSFW Commissions- All NSFW Commissions will be discussed before accepting commission.- All NSFW Commissions will be an additional charge based on what is requested and will be discussed with Artist before accepting.- Examples of previous NSFW work can be requested.
